Looking for a place with your kind of music (loud), people you can relate to, and massive amounts of gaming consoles? Lynn Haven UMC offers students a place where you can find out more about God, with leaders that talk to you, not at you, and a safe place to ask questions, get answers and find the truth. What we do and when we do it: Sunday Mornings (9:30) separate classes are offered for students in middle and high school. This time together gives students a chance to come together, study the Bible, and talk about life. Sunday Evenings (5:45-8:30 pm) are a time of worship, food and fun, for both high school and middle school students. This is a great place to bring your friends who are curious about "checking out church." We start out with large group worship with a live band and a compelling message from someone really, really good-looking (okay, so maybe not that good-looking, but still...compelling). Then we have some food and hangout together! Wednesdays - Midweek Youth (3:30-8:30) Retreats, Missions Trips, Service Projects, and More! These are big events that we offer throughout the year. Our Vineyard Retreats are INCREDIBLE weekends packed full of fun experiences and encounters with God. We also participate in Missions Trips and Service Projects, which are great ways to stretch yourself and serve your world. You can ask for details on all this stuff, but you will definitely hear about our big events if you are around! Fun stuff! Occasionally we just want to get together to have some fun.
