The UMW Mission Circle is the official organization for women who choose to participate in United Methodist MISSIONS locally, nationally, and internationally. We are a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
LHUMC has a day circle that meets at 9:30 on the third Tuesday of each month in the Fellowship Hall for a brunch, special speakers, and/or a program on missions or scripture topics. Our night group meets at 6 p.m. on the third Tuesday in the home of Mary Sharp with a similar format except for the meal.
Please contact Pat Garrett at email@example.com for more information.

From March through June, our men's softball team plays games on Monday nights at Oakland Terrace as part of the “higher level” church softball league. We also participate in the fall ball season as well in 2018. To participate, the minimum age is 16. The cost to play is usually under $50. This is a great way to meet people and get involved in a healthy and fun atmosphere. Contact Eric Rankin, email@example.com
